Candy Recipes

Lazyman Fudge

Candyman Lazyman Fondant, 1 cup

Add 1 tablespoon water* stir and let set

for 20 minutes until dissolved and creamy.

Melt 1 cup Candyman Chocolate (light or dark) over

Water bath, when melted add nuts.

Combine the fondant into the chocolate and

spoon. Spread on waxed paper or into a pan

and score.

*Note: peppermint schnapps can be substituted for water.

Chocolate with Caramel

Supplies

Pyrex round or square flat dish

1 pound Candyman Chocolate

1/2 pound Candyman caramel

~Warm Caramel in Microwave (at lowest temp

or oven set on lowest heat) until soft. Spread

out into Pyrex dish. Melt chocolate, add nuts if

Desired and pour over caramel. Let cool, cut

Into squares and enjoy.

Chocolate Coconut Crunch

Supplies

Pyrex round or square flat dish

1 pound Candyman Chocolate

1 pound toasted or macaroon coconut

(Special for candy making)

In Pyrex dish spread out the pound of chocolate

And heat in a microwave or oven on lowest setting.

Add 1-cup coconut to chocolate; stir with a fork

Let cool. Cut into squares and enjoy.
